If you have come this far and still have not realized this is a Mobile Event Entertainment Service, lets make sure that is clear now. We are providing entertainment services for your event only so lets talk location and common questions:

Public Parks, Private Property, Schools, Churches, Places of Business, Gymnasiums, Backyards, Etc. are all common locations our customers have us run our laser tag games for event/party entertainment. If your planning on using a private property, simply consult with those responsible for the property. If your planning on using a public park, consult with the city or county for which jurisdiction the park falls under.
For Public Parks, Commonly the city/county will ask for an insurance certificate for any vendors. We will provide you with this upon locking in your booking for our services. The City of San Diego commonly charges $20 for reserving a location in a public park. If you want to be sure to have the space for the event and the park of your choosing is heavily visited, it is Highly Recommended that you do reserve the space with the city. If you have a park very nearby that has underutilized space and can accommodate your needs with picnic tables etc. or plan on bringing your own, you are able to make your own decision if the space is needed to be reserved for your own local community park. High Traffic Parks where sport activities flourish, we recommend avoiding them or be sure to reserve your space with the city/county and those parks may have higher reservation rates, be advised.

Day – Time – Duration

How Long Will You Need Our Services?
Our standard rates include two hours of laser tag. Set up and clean up are not include, in that, we arrive early and stay a little later to ensure your event starts on time and that you have two hours of games. Regardless if some participants want to take breaks, get water, get food, etc. We are there and prepared to run games for our allotted two hour window for your event. Most consider the 2-hour games plenty as there is quite a bit of activity and players do get tired. But as long as there are at least two players ready for more, so are we!

Note: There may be additional charges depending on event size and staffing required, Fees associated are minimums for this step.

When Are You Planning Your Event?
Please provide both your preferred date and time and a secondary date and time for your event, if possible. We do book out sometimes months in advance. Also your booking date and time is not guaranteed until payment is made for your booking. We offer our services on a first come first serve basis. Weekends tend to be the busiest dates for private parties while corporate events are commonly on the weekdays. Most corporate events occupy all of our staff while smaller parties we are able to run several overlapping at times and try to accommodate as many bookings requests as we can. Again, No bookings are final until locked in and payment is remitted.

Customize Your Mobile Event Set Up

Please review the your party event/activity options below. We recommend selecting one Primary/Main event/activity and consider if your event would benefit from additional main event options or supplemental events/activities depending on your anticipated attendee/participant headcount and particulars of your planned party/event needs. You can select any number or combination of suggested primary/secondary activities as we are here to provide the fun, in whatever capacity you need.

RECOMMENDED EVENT/ACTIVITIES AS A PRIMARY OR MAIN EVENT:
1/16th SCALE INFLATABLE RACE TRACK: This includes the track, cars and a staff member to have between up to 8 simultaneous drivers at a time. This set up is a ton of fun with lots of repeat interest to keep your party/event attendees engaged and provide a ton of entertaining fun! Racing the track can be challenging at first, but slow and steady tends to win the race, allowing drivers to learn to hone in their driving skills by making tight turns and accelerating through the straight aways! Great entertainment for up to 12 participants, allowing for rotation of drivers at each race. Each race is between 5-10 minutes then drivers rotate in their assigned RC cars.
Note: This activity requires an area of at least 36′ by 46′. This will allow for the 30′ x 40′ track and space for drivers and staff to access the outside to drive and walk around. It is also acceptable for any terrain/surface as the RC vehicles supplied are 4 wheel drive. However, the terrain will need to be relatively flat.

ADD: 16th Scale Lap Timing and Music

Upgrade this event with lap timing and background music with live race event announcements! This increases the fun where practice races to work on driver’s lap times can be measured and reported as well as in race accurate lap times determine winners with staggered start locations and complete accuracy in race results! (great for 12 years of age and older for the more competitive ages)

RC ROCKET LEAGUE (SOCCER): This event activity includes set up of our RC soccer field goals, vehicles, and batteries and staff to support the event. This set up can support up to 12 drivers simultaneously for a 6V6 Rocket League Soccer Match. The game will be divided up into four quarters that allow for a break in between quarters for swapping of batteries, cooling of RC motors and drivers to strategize and grab some of your supplied snacks etc. This is a challenging activity and the supplied vehicles are four wheel drive racing trugee type RCs that can be placed into extremely fast mode for teens and adults and slower speed modes for younger age drivers to accommodate your participants/attendees. Typically quarters are 10 to 15 minutes.

Note: This activity requires an area of play, recommended to be at least 20′ x 40′ and no more than 50′ by 90′. All terranes are acceptable but if using asphalt/concrete we have an additional charge of $150 due to the eminent damage/repairs to the vehicles. The most recommended surfaces would be dirt, sand, turf, gymnasium flooring. Grass does work but tall grass slows down the vehicles significantly as well as increases electronic heating so 10 minute quarters are implemented.

MINI-Z RACE TRACK: This includes the track, cars and a staff member to have between up to 8 simultaneous drivers at a time. This set up is a ton of fun with lots of repeat interest to keep your party/event attendees engaged and provide a ton of entertaining fun! Racing the track can be challenging at first, but slow and steady tends to win the race, allowing drivers to learn to hone in their driving skills by making tight turns and accelerating through the straight aways! The Mini-Z cars are very detailed with incredibly detailed bodies to match fan favorite cars that are eye candy as well as very fun to race. These mini 1/28th scale RCs are small but extremely responsive and made for racing!
Note: This activity requires an area of at least 10′ by 15′. This will allow for the smallest track layout of 7′ x 12′ track and space for drivers and staff to access the outside to drive and walk around. This track also requires a flat surface, Driveway, parking lot, road, or indoor floor surfaces! This allows the foam composite track to lay flat and ensure no issues for drivers with the tiny tires on these micro RCs.

ADD: Mini-Z Lap Timing and Music

(great for 12 years of age and older for the more competitive ages)

MINI OFF ROAD RACE TRACK: This includes the rails, cars and a staff member to have between up to 6 simultaneous drivers at a time. These are Mini-RC 1/28th scale fully off road vehicles that rip around the track at your location! Carpet, Dirt, Short Grass, or multi-terrain! All make for a fantastic and fun offroad speedway. Relive the joys of the old school Nintendo Super Off Road style play!
Note: This activity requires an area of any size as long as you have room for drivers to stand! We can set this up almost anywhere except for tall grass as the mini-4wheelers will not have clearance on tall grass to get around. Turf, short grass, dirt, carpet, anything that would seem like a cool off road location! We brink out the barricades and the cars to put the track in any shape or form, They can even go under furniture if there is enough clearance!

ADD: Offroad Lap Timing and Music

(great for 12 years of age and older for the more competitive ages)

RECOMMENDED EVENT/ACTIVITES AS SUPPORT/SECONDARY EVENTS:
MONSTER TRUCK ARENA: This includes an inflatable arena perimeter, RC trucks and batteries to have between up to 8 simultaneous drivers at a time. This set up is an unstaffed arena with 16th to 10th scale monster trucks with a freestyle arena for drivers to test their skills with the monster trucks and small ramps. Drivers can, while waiting turns for their next race, practice their control skills and RC agility as they work on their turns and make jumps around the arena with other monster trucks. This is a fantastic add on activity/event to any main event or for setting up at a monster truck madness event, carnivals, etc. It can be staffed to manage time limits for carnivals etc.
Note: This activity requires an area of at least 36′ by 46′. This will allow for the 30′ x 40′ arena and space for drivers and staff to access the outside to drive and walk around. It is also acceptable for any terrain/surface as the RC vehicles supplied are 4 wheel drive. However, the terrain will need to be relatively flat.

ADD: STAFF THIS EVENT/ACTIVITY

Upgrade this event to have a staff member run it and manage a time limits as well as assist/teach drivers and aid in resetting RCs from roll overs within the arena

1/10TH SCALE RC SUMO WRESTLING: This includes activity includes set up of our RC Sumo Table, vehicles, and batteries. Feed back of our customers indicates that this event is often the crowd favorite as a fun and creative activity! This event does not require a staff member to run, but only to set up and allow players to step up any time to compete in an all out monster truck madness Sumo wrestling match. Say “GO” and the last one left on the wrestling matt is the victor! This is great fun for 1 VS 1 all the way up to a battle royale of 8 drivers!

Note: This activity requires an area of at least 10′ by 10′. This will allow for the 6′ x 6′ table and space for drivers and staff to access the outside to walk around. It is also acceptable for any terrain/surface as the RC vehicles will simply be used on the wrestling matt. However, the terrain will need to be relatively flat.

ADD: Tournament Bracket Challenge

Upgrade this event to have a staff member run it and manage a tournament bracket during your party/event, keeping standby guests waiting for the next main event participating in an additional competitive event/challenge!

MINI DRIFTERS AND DRIFT TRACK: This activity includes includes set up of our RC Mini Drift Track, Table, vehicles, and batteries. This is great for some standby time use while waiting for a turn on the main event race track. Drifting is all about skill, style and coolness! Its not a race, just some nice smooth drifting around the corners!

Note: This activity requires an area of at least 16′ by 12′. This will allow for the12′ X 8′ track and drivers and staff to access the outside to walk around. The location for the track needs to be relatively flat. Tile, wood flooring or concrete is ideal for the track to lay flat. Up to 4 drivers on the track at a time. Staff only need to set up this track and vehicles to make it available to attendees/drivers. Does not require supervision.

24TH SCALE INDOOR CRAWLER COURSE: This activity includes set up of our RC Sumo Table, vehicles, and batteries. Get started exploring the RC world’s fastest growing craze… CRAWLING!!! These mini RC crawlers are extremely impressive. Explore their low gear potential on a fun, varied and unique indoor crawling adventure. Up to 6 Drivers can navigate the course at a time. Be courteous to the other drivers!

Note: This activity requires an area of at least 8′ X 8′. This will allow for the 4′ x 4′ table and space for drivers and staff to access the outside to walk around. It is also acceptable for any terrain/surface as the RC vehicles will simply be used on the course. However, the terrain will need to be relatively flat for the table to sit properly.
